11.Fleet Owner Module
How does Fleet Owner Module works?
Fleet Management allows Owners to manage their drivers, fleets, and required documentation directly from the admin panel.
π¨βπΌ 1. Fleet Owner Registration
A Fleet Owner starts by registering through the platform.
This action is submitted for Admin Approval.
β 2. Admin Approval
Once registered, the Admin reviews and approves the Fleet Owner profile.
Post approval, the Fleet Owner can start managing fleets and drivers.
π 3. Add Fleet
The approved Fleet Owner can add fleet details to the system.
This new fleet entry is also sent for Admin Approval.
β 4. Fleet Approval
Admin validates and approves the fleet.
After approval, the Fleet Owner can proceed to assign drivers.
π₯ 5. Add Driver
Fleet Owner adds drivers under the fleet.
Mandatory fields like name, contact, credentials, etc., are entered.
π 6. Driver Approval
The newly added driver must be approved by Admin.
After approval and fleet assignment, the driver can log in.
π 7. Driver Login & Ride
Once logged in, the driver can accept ride requests.
This marks the driver as active in the system.
π― 8. Ride Flow
Driver picks up the user, completes the trip, and ends the ride.
π΅ 9. Payment & Commission
Payment can happen via:
Cash
Online/Owner Wallet
If the ride amount is collected online:
The Ownerβs Wallet will fund the payment.
The Driverβs Wallet will receive the trip fare.
The Owner's commission is deducted from the driver's wallet automatically.

πΉ 11.1 Fleet Drivers
Add and manage drivers assigned under a fleet.
π οΈ Steps to Add a New Fleet Driver:
Select Area*
Select Owner*
Country*
Enter the following details:
Name
Mobile Number*
Email*
Password & Confirm Password*
Gender*
Upload Profile Photo (optional)
Click Add to save the driver
πΉ 11.2 Blocked Fleets
View drivers who are pending approval under a fleet. Admins can take the following actions:
Approve
Disapprove
Edit
πΉ 11.3 Fleet Required Documents
Set the documents that are required for fleet approval.
π οΈ To Add a Required Document:
Document Name*
Image Type* (Front / Back / Both)
Has Expiry Date?
Has Identity Number?
Is Required?
Is Editable?
β Documents can be enabled or disabled as needed.
πΉ 11.4 Manage Fleet
View and manage all approved fleet owners. Available actions include:
Edit
Approve / Disapprove
Assign
Delete
