5.Surge Setup

Configure surge pricing for specific days and time slots to manage high-demand periods efficiently.

📍 Admin Path: Home → Price Management → Set Price → [Actions Column] → Surge

• Select Day(s): Choose one or more days (Sunday to Saturday).

• Set Time Range: Define "From" and "To" times during which surge pricing should apply.

• Set Surge Percentage: Enter the surge distance price multiplier (e.g., 20%).

ℹ️ Note: The surge pricing configured here will directly affect the final fare calculated under the distance-based pricing. The fare will be adjusted based on the defined surge percentage during the selected days and times.
