12.Set Price

Configure pricing logic, ride fare breakdown, and commissions for each vehicle and transport type.

📍 Admin Path: Home → Price Management → Set Price

✅ Add Set Price

Click Add and fill in the following details:

• Zone, Transport Type, Vehicle Type

• Payment Type

• Admin Commission: Set % or fixed value (from Customer, Driver, or Owner)

• Service Tax

• ETA Sequence

• Base Price and Base Distance

• Price per Distance and Time Price per Minute

• Waiting Charge

• Free Waiting Time: Before & After Ride Start

• Enable Options: Airport Ride, Outstation Ride

• Cancellation Fee: Set separately for User and Driver, and define who receives it

💰 Fare Calculation Logic

Base Price applies up to the defined Base Distance.

Beyond that:

• Distance Fare = (Total Distance − Base Distance) × Price per Distance

• Time Fare = Ride Duration × Time Price per Minute

• Waiting Fare = (Total free waiting time - Waiting time from app) × Waiting charge

• Subtotal = Base + Distance + Time + Waiting

• Admin Commission = % of Subtotal

• Tax = % of Subtotal

• Total Fare = Subtotal + Commission + Tax

❌ Cancellation Fee

• Charged based on the user's reason for cancellation.

• If Cash: Collected during the user's next ride.

• If Wallet: Deducted immediately from the user's balance.

• The recipient of the fee (Admin or Driver) can be selected under the “Fee Goes To” field in the admin panel.

• • If the driver cancels the ride, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the driver according to the “Cancellation Fee for Driver” value set in the admin panel.
